DraftKings Lineup Week 6

Here is what I’m playing this week. The highest predicted team score of the week is the Minnesota Vikings, with 28.5, against Atlanta. I’m skipping over Kirk Cousins this week, however, and going with three lineups with three quarterbacks from that next tier down in Vegas totals, two from the same game. Cash Game Lineup QB Ryan Tannehill vs. Texans $5,900 RB Derrick Henry vs. Texans $7,300 RB Alexander Mattison vs. Falcons $7,200 WR Adam Thielen vs. Falcons $7,300 WR Terry McLaurin vs. Giants $5,700 WR AJ Brown vs. Texans $5,600 TE Irv Smith Jr. vs. Falcons $2,500 FLEX Jonathon … Continue reading DraftKings Lineup Week 6

DraftKings Lineup Week 5

Here is what I’m playing this week. Reminder, I play mostly cash games. There are three games with a Vegas total of 54 or higher this week, so much of this week’s success is going to be picking the correct one of those three to stack in all likelihood. QB Patrick Mahomes vs. Raiders $7,700 RB Josh Jacobs vs. Chiefs $6,300 RB David Johnson vs. Jaguars $5,200 WR Tyreek Hill vs. Raiders $6,900 WR Darius Slayton vs. Cowboys $4,800 WR Brandin Cooks vs. Jaguars $4,100 TE Darren Waller vs. Raiders $5,900 FLEX Kareem Hunt vs. Colts $6,500 DEF Texans vs. … Continue reading DraftKings Lineup Week 5

NFL Draft Kings Week 4

Here is what I’m playing this week. Again, I play mostly cash lineups. Adjust accordingly if you are playing GPP. A fair amount of chalk here with Kamara and Metcalf. Fitzpatrick will probably be more of a GPP play, so playing him in cash might be a little bit of a differentiation. Kamara is still the best RB in football, although I do expect Dallas to force the ball to Zeke for narrative reasons. I decided to go with OBJ in that game. He has been just disappointing enough to start the year it feels like he is due for … Continue reading NFL Draft Kings Week 4

NFL Draftkings Week 3

After the carnage of week 2 with injuries, we are back for yet more punishment and misery. But, seeing two of the first three picks in season-longs go down on the same day is a reminder of why I play more DFS than season long at this point. Two lineups this week, mostly cash-game based as I like a lot of the chalk this week. Lineup 1 QB–Russell Wilson vs. Cowboys, $7,300RB–Miles Sanders vs. Bengals, $6,400RB–Devin Singletary vs. Rams, $4,900WR–Deandre Hopkins vs. Lions, $7,900WR–Amari Cooper vs. Seahawks, $6,500WR–KJ Hamler vs. Bucs, $3,000TE–Jordan Reed vs. Giants, $4,000Flex–Jonathan Taylor vs. Jets, $7,000Def–Giants … Continue reading NFL Draftkings Week 3

DraftKings Lineup Week 1

Only one lineup this week. I have not reloaded my Draftkings lineup yet this year. With sports gambling finally legal in Illinois, my discretionary gambling money is mostly in BetRivers and FanDuel right now. But, I had a little left over in DraftKings, so I will see if I can build that back up before I put any new money in. This is a mostly head-to-head lineup. QB Russell Wilson, SEA 7,000 RB Josh Jacobs, LV 6,800 RB Todd Gurley, ATL 6,100 WR Davante Adams, GB 7,300 WR Marquise Brown, BAL 5,100 WR Desean Jackson, PHI 4,900 TE Jack Doyle, … Continue reading DraftKings Lineup Week 1

Charles Schwab Challenge Bets

I meant to get this posted last night, but got to hanging out with a friend until fairly late, ironically enough at the local golf course. The Charles Schwab this year feels big. It’s not most years, but it serves as a benchmark this year as the return of sports continues to trickle along. It gives this tournament somewhat of a Major feel. I even considered putting together a Pick 5 group like we often do for Majors. That being said, I have some action on the tournament this weekend. Most of these are off the board already. Sorry about … Continue reading Charles Schwab Challenge Bets

NFL DFS Week 16

Here are this week’s Draftkings lineups I am rolling with. Playing two cash game lineups. One for main slate only, and one for a Sunday-Monday slate so I could hop aboard the Mike Boone bandwagon. I’m apparently hoping for a shootout in the Chargers-Raiders game, which pretty much guarantees a suckfest in that one. It’s tempting to bet the under 44.5 as a hedge. Oh, and the RB injuries allow me to finally afford Lamar again, despite a hefty salary. Continue reading NFL DFS Week 16

NFL DFS Week 15

I’m only play head-to-heads this week, so just one lineup build. And a heavily-owned one at that. Watson, Carson, and McCaffrey are all looking like they will be north of 40 percent owned. The differentiation this week is going to come at the WR position, where there are a slew of 4-6K guys to choose from. Even with that, Conley and Westbrook both look to be near 20 percent owned.
