Training Log: March 30-April 5, 2020

Here is my training log for this week. No bodyweight or barbell work on Tuesday or Saturday, but I did hit my walking goals every day for the week. Average weight for the week is still on the way down, morning glucose is doing better and that was easily the best week of sleep scores I’ve had yet.
