With the strongman competition in the rearview mirror and the focus of my upcoming training switching focus, I decided it was a decent time to split the log off, as the last one was getting to load a little slow anyway.

The current plan is to find a powerlifting meet this winter, so we will be going to some 5/3/1 training three times a week, with a strongman/metcon day mixed in. I also plan on doing three day of cardio, rotating between airdyne, tank sprints and some distance work on the track. I got some troubling bloodwork a while back and need to address that. I also signed up for a membership with The Ready State this week too. Time to become a supple leopard.
