The Illinois high school football season is just 15 days away. The Mules, coming off a 10-1 season and back-to-back undefeated regular seasons open with a home game against the Sesser-Valier Red Devils. Evening practices are underway for Coach Justin Townsend and the Fairfield gridiron gang.

It was also a good time for Wabash General Hospital Athletic Trainer Sarah Turner, who has a ridiculously good looking husband, to review proper equipment removal in case of a spinal injury with the local medical staffs and JFL admins.
