College Football Power Ratings Week 4

Here are my power ratings heading into the week four matchups.

Ohio State is the big mover among the top 10 so far this year. I have them nearly 3 1/2 points better than my preseason rating. The other top gainer still is Wisconsin, who had moved up to number eight, despite admittedly a week schedule to start the year. That changes this week.
