College Football Power Ratings Week 5

Here are the IAW power ratings, heading into week five of college football. Michigan takes a tumble all the way to 15, Ohio State overtakes Georgia and the rest keep on ticking, mostly.

The biggest tumbler this week is Houston, after the redshirt shenanigans this week, including quarterback D’eriq King.
