Continuing to plug along, although I only got two weight sessions in last week due to Election Night shenanigans and recovery from said shenanigans, along with a Saturday road trip.
I only have a couple weeks left on Starting Strength (reboot) before I switch to something a little more conducive to contest prep, as I am about 5 weeks out from a meet.
Speaking of, I found some old powerlifting shots this week.



It’s weird seeing me with a neck. I’m not sure exactly where this meet was, but I recognize that judge in the background of the bench. She probably redlighted me.
