Hello prowler, my old friend. About the only thing new this week was the reintroduction of the prowler for some conditioning. This is not an ideal addition three weeks out from a meet, but it is what it is as I work on a small weight cut. I’m starting very easy on them and ramping up slowly. I also worked up to a 485 squat this week, which is actually a little more than my planned opener.
