Kaizen; Training Log: May 3-10, 2021

Haven’t posted the workout stuff in a while. I’m still putting in some work, although I have spread out the lifting days a little more, decreasing frequency of the heavy work and introducing an extra day of conditioning. Which means the numbers aren’t as sexy as I am not focusing on strength. “Hey, I”m trying to drop a few pounds, here is a pic of me on an Airdyne” just don’t have the same ring to it as “picked up heavy stuff, put down heavy stuff” to me. But, it is a necessary. Chasing the longterm health train for a while here. Bare with me.
